Nodus OS reinforces its leadership in “Digital Workers” at O Encontro da Toxa
This week we had the opportunity to take part in O Encontro da Toxa, a forum that has established itself as one of the major meeting points of the business world and where, in addition to taking part as sponsors, I had the pleasure of speaking on the panel “Digital Workers: El trabajo del futuro”.
It was a real privilege to share this debate with José Luis Casal, Managing Director of CIONET Industry X, and Pancho Holguín, academic director at EFBS Grupo Educativo, with whom we exchanged different perspectives on how artificial intelligence is transforming the way organisations work.
It has been a pleasure to be part of a gathering that shows, once again, the ability of the Galician business ecosystem to lead high-level conversations about the major challenges facing companies, innovation and competitiveness.
I want to thank J. Venancio Salcines (Ph. D) in particular for his vision and leadership in driving an initiative that has become a benchmark for business thinking and a space to share ideas, experiences and reflections on the future of our organisations.
For years we talked about artificial intelligence as a technology. Today the conversation is evolving towards something far more relevant: how to turn that technology into real operational capability for businesses.
In that context, Digital Workers are starting to take the place they deserve. Not as a passing trend, but as a new capability that will allow organisations to build hybrid teams, where people and digital workers collaborate in a coordinated, governed way aligned with business goals.
I'm glad to see that this debate is now part of top-level business forums. I'm convinced that in the coming years, talking about competitiveness will also mean talking about how organisations integrate and govern their Digital Workers.
Thank you to the organisers, to everyone who attended and to all of you who shared this space for reflection.
